Since newly spawned players won't have a weapon to start with, it has been moved to the "Load ORBAT" function.

Made an optional setting (UNITAF_autoORBAT) in description.ext to automatically load the ORBAT Data on first spawn.
When this happens it will show a simple welcome screen (should be extended) while it gets the data from the database + 3 seconds.

MajJames closed T608: Automate a Daily COCUP using sa Cron controller and Database Data, list unit stats, then loop the names of any COC Reports, problem AARs, comments on user profiles, actions to take and recommendations, do the same for the commanding officer, but averaging the unit stats, and just have them act on the data, break down per section as Resolved.
