Managing a subordinates dossier
Introduction
MyCOC is a tool used by NCOs and above to facilitate and overlook their chain of command. You will automatically get access to it, once you have people in your organisational chain of command.
About confidentiality
Never discuss the contents or existence of reports with anyone not listed in the report under "This report is visible to:" If you need to do this, follow the chain of command in doing so. This includes talking openly about reports you have submitted, are aware of, how many reports someone has or anything to that nature. Doing so will result in swift action.
How to get there
- Login to the website
- Click on your username in the top navigation bar
- Click on my dossier
- On the right-hand side click on MY COC

Your upper chain
The top section will display who is your direct superior and their superior
Active COC Reports
Shows all unresolved COC Reports you or your direct subordinates have to deal with. The fields are self-explanatory.
Subordinate Activity Report
Shows statistics about your and your direct subordinate's subordinates activity, namely:
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Name | Shows the subordinates names and rank |
>30 Days Hrs | Hours played in the last 30 days |
Total Hours | Hours played with UNITAF |
Op Hrs | Hours played in Ops |
COC Reports (+/-) | Number of COC Reports. Green: Praises, Red: Reprimands |
Ops | Number of Ops participated |
AVG Frequency | The mean number of days between trainings and/or operations |
Last deployed | Number of days since the member has last deployed on an op or training |
Status | Compares the average activity overall with the recent activity and gives an indication of whether a member is playing less often than usual |
Actions | : Go to members Dossier, : Manage members dossier |
Subordinate Career Report
Shows statistics about your and your direct subordinate's subordinates career, namely:
Field Name | Description |

Name | Shows the subordinates names and rank |
Average AAR | Shows the average of all AARs |
Last AAR | Shows the average of the last AAR |
AAR Status | ??? |
Times MVP | Number of times the member was voted to be overall MVP |
Enlisted | How many days the member has been with UNITAF |
Time in Grade | How many days since the member was last promoted |
Time in Status | ??? |

Training and Education Report
Shows statistics about your and your direct subordinate's subordinates training, namely:
Field Name | Description |

Name | Shows the subordinates names and rank |
Practice Hrs | Hours spent in FTXs |
SOP Flags | Number of SOPs flagged |
SOPs Read | Number of unique SOPs read |
SOP Views | Number of times member has viewed a SOP |
SOP Read | % of total SOPs the member has read |
SOPs Practiced | Number of SOPs, which a member had an FTX on |
SOP Practice Coverage | % of total SOPs practiced in FTXs |
