Limit the number of mod requests someone can make to 3 per week. Add discord pings for when a mod is suggested, approved or denied to the mods channel. And show in the list of denied mods, the reason code for the denial, and have a key at the top of the page with the reason codes. Finally allow the user to give a reason for the mod.
