Actions

• Allow anyone of Private or Above to access the SOP Portal
• Before user check-in, require a concept of improvement be submitted for approval, before they are permitted to edit
• Add a form to pending ATERs to allow admin to approve / deny with comments
• Prevent editing before checked in
• If a user is checked into a SOP, leave a notification open
• Display the concept clearly in the SOP editor, and make it clear that all edits should fall within the scope of this
• Utilise private messages to notify users when they can edit, approvals and denials
• Still allow other contributors to check-in when an active concept is being edited and contribute.
• Ability to cancel an ATER and nuke it back

New SOP

• When adding new SOP, get a concept and have it on pending approval (again use DMs to communicate)
• Create documentation / SOP on how to use the tool
• Check approval functions, update the update dates, versions and posting on discord
