If you want to look over our SOPs and compare them with US doctrine I can wholeheartedly suggest:

This FM has been superseded by a newer one from 2016 if you are interested:

As a member of UNITAF you're assigned to a small group with a single point of contact, the leader of this group is your go to guy for any issues you have, any help you need and the one you will hear from most. In turn, your small group will be attached to a larger group, the leader of this group is someone you can go to if you can't get a hold of your assigned leader and so on.

This system allows to inner join the relevant tables so results such as this can be easily displayed:
Added Import into database feature:
Formula has been found, Arma 3 does some weird math, but it works.
May 21 2020
Redid the whole Code, in order to categorize the items in the builder. Also made "shopping cart" on the same site.
I am asking myself if this is the way to go. I put this project on hold for now.
Reasoning:
Priority would be an importer which allows the user to use an exported Arma 3 loadout to be parsed for the database and import it. As well as exporting from our db into an Arma 3 readable form.
May 18 2020
Changed to a shopping chart system to build the loadouts.
Based on sessions.
This makes it easier to beautify the whole process.
I also included only the currently allowed items in the loadouts.
Might have found a way to automate this task AND get screenshots.
Will need to look at it in detail some time.

I made code which will take a comma seperated string, removes all whitespaces and
In order to improve this system and to allow easier joining of the databases in order to get additional information from the arsenal (complete equipment) DB the data structure in SQL should be compartimentalized:

That might be even better:
https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.str-getcsv.php
Essentially the way I think about it:
You essentially have a CSV and want to convert that into an array.
I entered them manually in this format.
https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.fgetcsv.php
Might do the trick.
@captjames
If more output fields are wished, three lines must be changed.
Here an example for name, type and mass:
I got what you intended yesterday to work.
Be warned, I started learning php / mysql this morning, so this might be very spaghettish.
May 13 2020
The actual formula:
format ["%1kg (%2lb)",((_mass * 0.1 * (1/2.2046) * 100) / 100) ToFixed 2, ((_mass * 0.1 * 100) / 100) ToFixed 2]
This might be simply impossible to do automatically.
Updated script to include all backpacks.
@CaptJames
Going to send you an xls file over discord.
I checked for completeness
91% of our items are correctly referenced.
@CaptJames
Please advise if you would rather have armor and passthrough values in separate fields for each slot rather than an array.
Added Checklist for future reference about the export process.
P.S.
There is a semi consitent error with À characters appearing in some of the names.
Unclear why. Once I understand why it does it and what it should be it should be easy to be batch replaced.
@CaptJames
unfortunately, that CSV is a format I am not ready to deal with at this early in the day.
I however exported all equipment classes in the core, optional and approved mod sets and created a csv.
I find it amazing, eventhough I haven't tested it on completness.
Much useful information like mass, carry capacity, ammo used, etc... was able to be exported with the classname name combo. YAY!
Fields
name - IngameName
type - Item category != Slot
class name- Class name used in editor
mass - Mass of item (might equal weight)
capacity - Carrying capacity
armor (Neck/Arms/Chest/Diaphragm/Abdomen/Body)' - Hitpoints added to base hitpoints of "slot"
passthrough (Neck/Arms/Chest/Diaphragm/Abdomen/Body) - Damage reduction coefficent
mags/caliber - Compatibale mags in array
Got the export to work.

List of used classnames would be helpful
@CaptJames
I see what you need, I think. Did a quick and dirty parse of some of the RHS USAF equipment, is this what your looking for?
Obviously quality needs improvement.
@CaptJames That is one way to go about it.
To summarize:
Hammer in the two COC system, update rank descriptions & remove all references to ingame leadership from https://unitedtaskforce.net/roster/ranks/introduction ff
Review Roles and Positions if out of game leadership gets referenced.
Idea:
Build a bootstrap grid which ressembles the ARMA 3 Inventory
Export inventory textures with Textedit 2
Create a database with all inventory equipment images we need and give them the same UID as in the above picture.
Some PHP magic and we could dynamicly fill it.
Example of exported texture:
Todo:
Include both COCs explination.
On hold.
Sent draft for review.
