Then why not try your hand at authoring a campaign storyline and submitting it for scheduling - or perhaps developing some one-off special operations? **For leaders and those interested in administration** Progression through the non-commissioned ranks and chain of command to join the ranks of those who keep the unit ticking. Selection for NCOs and Corporals is a competitive process as there are a limited number of positions, based on the active size of the unit. The best advice is to let your IC/NCO know as early as possible your ambitions and to show up to operations and practices.
