This process is done over voice, with a candidate to check they meet the requirements for joining, and to start the process of their integration into the group. It takes me usually 15-20 minutes to complete, so if there are multiple candidates together then try to batch them to save time. Any NCO can perform this induction. I typically screen share to speed things up, rather than getting them to follow on on their own browser.
- Check application information, fill in any gaps, i.e. Steam ID/Discord ID
- Ensuring applicant has seen, followed or have access to the set up videos and guides: https://unitedtaskforce.net/rro/complete
- Ask for any initial questions

Via the RRO Office view, open the candidate and update the following;
# Unit to UTF/AMFOR-1PLT
# Role to Recruit
# Status to Regular
# Rank to Recruit (ENSURE THIS IS THE LAST THING YOU DO, AS YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS TO THE DOSSIER ONCE DONE)
**Notes**
- If their discord name or roles do not update automatically then you've not filled in their discord ID correctly, turn on Discord Developer Mode and right click a user to get the option 'Copy ID'
- Ensure their full 64 steam ID is present in the Arma UID or the ORBAT Data function will not work.
