Induction Of Candidates
Induction Of Candidates
This process is done over voice, with a candidate to check they meet the requirements for joining, and to start the process of their integration into the group. It takes me usually 15-20 minutes to complete, so if there are multiple candidates together then try to batch them to save time. Any NCO can perform this induction.

Processing
bold text
Via the RRO Office view, open the candidate and update the following;
- Unit to UTF/AMFOR-1PLT
- Position to Recruit
- Status to Regular
- Rank to Recruit (ENSURE THIS IS THE LAST THING YOU DO, AS YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS TO THE DOSSIER ONCE DONE)
Notes
- If their discord name or roles do not update automatically then you've not filled in their discord ID correctly, turn on Discord Developer Mode and right click a user to get the option 'Copy ID'
- Ensure their full 64 steam ID is present in the Arma UID or the ORBAT Data function will not work.
